For those of us who do not cook, eating out is a way of life. Many of us eat out several times a week, whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner, or quick drive thru snacks. Learn the in’s and out’s of dining out or eating “on the go.” Snacking can also be a source of many hidden extra calories. What are healthy snacks? How can we plan for those? This discussion will focus on all of these important issues.
