July has been an exciting month for the SheCAN! community! Between our Tony Walker Shop Night, our 2020 planning session and our live dinner events, we are so happy to have shared the summer sunshine with so many of your beautiful faces.

SheCAN! Shop Night

In the beginning of July, SheCAN! hosted a Shopping Night at the Tony Walker Center. There was food, champagne, live music and a discount on all purchases. We had a great time listening to the live band outside, hosting our basket raffle, meeting new people and — of course — shopping with our friends!

2020 Planning Session

A group of SheCAN! members gathered together for an all-day planning session alongside our Executive Board and Steering Committee. We discussed what women like you want to see, learn and experience next year within the SheCAN! membership program. Thank you to all who participated! Mindful & Intuitive Eating

Christine Reeb of Nutrition Concepts taught us about the importance of mindful and intuitive eating during our event at Giancarlo’s Sicilian Steakhouse. Through a captivating presentation and several interactive table discussions, our SheCAN! ladies learned to master these skills, as well as address emotional eating habits. Emotional Intelligence & Self-Awareness

SheCAN! finished up the month of July at Russell’s | Steaks, Chops & More with Joan Graci and Jean Filipiak of Woman Up & APA Solutions. We learned about being more self-aware and emotionally intelligent at work and at home so we can live a healthy and happy lifestyle.
